dry joint การใช้

ประโยคมือถือ
  • A dry joint is weak mechanically and a poor conductor electrically.
  • If you do have a dry joint, the expansion / contraction produced by the freezer may make the monitor switch on again.
  • There were also some problems with the ASY63 transistors that had nickel iron connecting wires and would not take the solder, causing dry joints to the circuit cards.
  • A " dry joint " occurs when the cooling solder is moved, and often occurs because the joint moves when the soldering iron is removed from the joint.
  • Debugging hand-assembled-binary software while also finding dry joints and diodes put in backwards is TOUGH ! talk ) 02 : 25, 29 January 2009 ( UTC)
  • Wire wrap construction can produce assemblies which are more reliable than printed circuits : connections are less prone to fail due to vibration or physical stresses on the base board, and the lack of solder precludes soldering faults such as corrosion, cold joints and dry joints.
  • Prodding in one place can make it come and go, but the dry joint is somewhere else . ( 2 ) if a customer says their set is faulty, you can ( usually ) assume it IS faulty, but don't rely on what they say about it.
  • :Two possible reasons : it's overheating ( take the case off and clean / check the fan ), or else it's a dry joint ( a solder joint has cracked ) and a critical electrical connection is being lost ( by & large, throw the machine away and get a new one ) .-- ( talk ) 10 : 41, 9 August 2012 ( UTC)
  • The clock depends an a little button battery-its easy to find on the motherboard it may just have enough power to keep the crystal oscillating but not enough to let the monitor know the is computed up and running-replace battery . ( 3 ) Use a can of freezer on the motherboard and internal cabling whilst repeatedly pressing the space bar to see if the mother board or internal connectors have a dry joint.
